Brian Davis

Brian is a native of Philadelphia, Pennsylvania whose introduction to yoga came after years of misunderstanding himself, a dearth of radical-self love, and the need for healing. Brian found yoga while attending Penn State University and was spiritually moved by the asana practice and pranayama.  Brian pays homage to his former and current teachers/mentors Brima Jah, Christine Chen, and Carson Calhoun. For Brian, the yoga mat has become a healing force creating a space for him to love himself fiercely. Brian believes when you step on the yoga mat you enter into a totally different world. Brian's classes focus on internal self-exploration, curiosity, strength building while simultaneously finding your inner-child.
